The conference is organized to commemorate the centenary of Professor Stanisław Łojasiewicz (1926–2002), whose pioneering work continues to shape modern mathematics and inspire generations of researchers. It will focus on recent developments in analytic geometry and singularity theory, reflecting the depth and breadth of Prof. Łojasiewicz’s legacy. To provide PhD students, early-career researchers, and non-specialists with a substantive introduction to his research and its contemporary developments, the program will also feature two dedicated mini-courses.
